Discovery+ gives you access to over 55,000 episodes from over 2,500 current and classic shows across the Discovery network portfolio.
The networks are TLC, Food Network, HGTV, Travel Channel, OWN, ID, Animal Planet, Magnolia Network, and Discovery channel.
Discovery has also established arrangements with outside partners such as A&E, History, and Lifetime to deliver non-fiction content to the streaming platform. A few reality series from NBCUniversal have also been added.
The first component of Discovery+ is “Library Content,” but the second is “Original Programming.”

When you first open the Discovery+ app, you’ll find a “For You” section with highly personalized recommendations based on your viewing history.
Food, Relationships, Home, True Crimes, and other genres are organized by navigation.
You can search by Discovery brand if that’s what you’re looking for; when you click on a brand logo, you’ll be sent to a list of the most extraordinary material available on that network, including trending content.
When you click on a show, you have the option of watching it right away or saving it to “My List” for later viewing.
The service has also developed dedicated “channels” that stream indefinite amounts of popular content such as Ghost Adventures, 90 Day Fiancé, House Hunters, and Fixer Upper.
You cannot yet download Discovery+ content for offline viewing, but the firm strives to make this possible.
